花状纳米氧化锌颗粒的制备及其光学性能研究

摘    要:以硬脂酸锌和过氧化氢为原料,采用油相法一步合成出一种特殊的氧化锌花状纳米结构。利用透射电镜、高分辨电镜、X射线衍射等对其形貌和结构的分析表明:花状氧化锌纳米颗粒结构为六方晶相,大小约为30nm。吸收光谱和荧光光谱测量显示该纳米结构有显著的近带边紫光发射特性,对应的缺陷发光强度较弱,表明这一纳米结构有较好的光学特性,因此在生物荧光标记方面有着潜在的应用价值。

Synthesizing and photoluminescence property of flower-like ZnO nanoparticles

Abstract:Flower-like ZnO nanoparticles are prepared by a one-step method with the zinc stearate and hydrogen peroxide. The as-synthesized samples are characterized by TEM, HRTEM, XRD. The results show that the flower-like ZnO nanoparticle has a hexagonal wurtzite structures and its averaged diameter is about 30nm. The PL spectra exhibit a strong emission peak near 377nm while the visible emission related to the surface defects is very weak. This result indicates the flower-like ZnO nanostructure holds good optical quality and may have potential applications on the biological labeling.
