外周假性动脉瘤多种介入材料腔内治疗策略

目的探讨应用多种介入材料,通过腔内治疗途径处理外周假性动脉瘤的治疗策略,评价其有效性及安全性。方法 30例外周假性动脉瘤患者腔内治疗术前均行严格选择性、超选择性插管造影,详细了解假性动脉瘤位置、瘤体特征及滋养动脉特点。根据不同影像学表现使用多种介入材料进行处理。结果术后复查造影假性动脉瘤均未见显影,临床观察出血症状停止,未出现脏器缺血坏死等严重并发症。结论针对不同影像学表现,灵活使用多种介入材料栓塞假性动脉瘤,外周动脉假性动脉瘤血管内介入治疗是有效、安全的。

Endoluminal treatment strategy of peripheral arterial pseudo-aneurysm by selectively using multiple interventional materials

Objective To explore endoluminal treatment strategy of peripheral arterial pseudo-aneurysm by using multiple in- terventional materials, and evaluate effectiveness and safety of these materials. Methods All 30 patients with peripheral arterial pseu- do-aneurysm underwent strict selective and super-selective transcatheter angiography before implementing endoluminal treatment strate- gy, in order to evaluate location, characteristics, and feeding artery of pseudo-aneurysm. On the basis of different imaging findings, pseu- do-aneurysm was treated by using different interventional material respectively. Results After implementing endoluminal treatment by using different interventional material, aneurysm cavity of all 30 patients disappeared in postoperative following angiography, hemorrhagic clinical symptoms stopped, and no ischemic necrosis of organs or other serious complications occurred. Conclusion Based on different imaging findings, endoluminal treatment of peripheral arterial pseudo-aneurysm is a effective and safe treatment method by selecting suitable interventional materials.
