摘    要:电网公司的IT系统越来越复杂,随着支撑信息服务的JT软硬件种类与数量的增加,IT资源的运行状态与省调公司核心业务的关系越来越紧密。为了实现“智能电网”的目标并强化电网精细管理,全力打造“管理规范、技术先进、科学合理、服务优质”的一流电力调度中心。急需具有信息系统全面监管能力及拥有先进的信息系统管理理念和手段的综合运维监管系统来保障支撑运维管理工作,能够快速、准确地发现安全隐患,提供辅助解决故障和统计运行分析-隋况,提高运维监管系统整体的运维效率和管理水平。通过对电力运营系统的分析并结合实际。对系统架构设计、功能设计等方面作出了阐述,并提出了系统的应用价值。希望系统可广泛应用。

Abstract:With the growing complexity of IT systems in power grid corporations, and the increase of kinds and quantities of IT hardware and software supporting intbrmation service, the relation between the operation conditions and core businesses in the provincial dispatching company is becoming much closer, in order to achieve the goals of smart grid and strengthen the fine management, and to create first-class power dispatching center of standard management, advanced technology, scientific and reasonable, and good service, there is a need to build an integrated operation and management supervision system with comprehensive supervision capabilities and advanced management ideas and means to support the operation and management work. The system can rapidly and accurately detect security risks, help to deal with faults, provide statistical operation conditions, and improve the efficiency and the management level. By systematically analyzing the operation conditions of power systems, this paper describes system architecture design and function design, gives its application value, and hopes that the system can be widely applied.
