厦门翔安海底隧道富水砂层段注浆施工技术研究

摘    要:厦门翔安海底隧道海域浅滩段610m富水砂层段施工是该工程的重难点之一,而且没有既有经验可以借鉴,施工相对困难。通过试验研究及施工实践,研究了穿越富水砂层段注浆施工的关键技术,优化了注浆材料、注浆参数,总结了配套的注浆施工工艺,保证了工程安全穿越富水砂层不良地质地段。本文的成果为以后行车左洞穿越风化槽的大规模注浆做好充分的准备,井对同类地质条件下的地下工程施工具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:There are no similar projects and experiences for reference in the construction of the 610 m long subsea tunnel in water-rich sandy stratum of the shallow beach of Xiamen Xiang'an. From experimental research and site application, the key technology of grouting construction in water-rich sandy stratum is researched. Grouting materials and grouting parameters are optimized. Grouting techniques are summarized. All of these guarantee the smooth construction in water-rich sandy stratum. These research results can accumulate experiences for the later construction going through weathered slot, and can give useful references to other similar underground constructions.
