虎耳草属两种虎耳草营养器官的组织解剖学鉴定

对虎耳草及三色虎耳草的形态特征及显微结构等方面进行了比较研究.结果表明:虎耳草的叶较小,近圆形,叶片宽阔肥厚,边缘圆齿状,深绿色,网状叶脉处有白色条纹,表皮细胞较小,表皮绒毛较多且长,叶柄细且长,葡匐茎,紫红色,颜色较浅,叶柄及叶内都有蔟晶分布,茎和叶柄内有较多淀粉,根内初生木质部呈六棱形.而三色虎耳草的叶较大,肾形,叶片较薄,近边缘处具乳白粉红斑宽边,翠绿色,背面有紫红色斑点,表皮细胞较大,表皮绒毛较少且短,叶柄粗且短,匍匐茎,紫红色,颜色较深,叶柄及叶内也有蔟晶分布,茎和叶柄内有很多淀粉粒,根内初生木质部呈三棱形.这些特征的比较为药材的开发和利用提供了科学依据.

The Identification between Two Kinds of Saxifraga Stolonifear'Snutrition Organ with Their Tissue Anatomy

The comparative research between the saxifraga stolonifera and saxifraga stolonifera 'Tricolor' had been done,including their morphology traits,microstructures etc.The result showed that: the saxifraga stolonifera had small deep-green leaves,approximately round and fleshy,the edge of which was like crenate,there was white stripe on the reticular vein,it's cuticular cells were small, cuticular floss were long,leafstalk was slender,and stolon was shallow amaranth,there were crystals in the leafstalk and leaf,starch grains in the leafstalk and stem,the primary xylem in the root distributs like hexarch.The saxifraga stolonifera'Tricolor' had large leaves with ivory pink broadband on the brim,the leaves are kidney-shaped and verdant with amaranth patch on the back,it's cuticular cells were big,and cuticular floss is relatively short and not so much as the saxifraga stolonifera.The leafstalk of which was tubbiness,and stolon was deep amaranth,there were also crystals in it,and more starch grains,the primary xylem in the root presents triarchly.This experiment aimed at exploiting and using drug sourse and providing scientific basis for its true or false idenfication.
