太原市春季干旱实时监测指标研究及应用

利用太原地区1961-52003年降水和气温资料，以适用于对春旱进行实时业务监测的春旱指标（考虑降水量和温度）为基础，对太原市各区、县（市）春旱发生频率、分布情况以及开始期、结束期、持续时间等进行了系统研究。研究结果表明，通过该指标能够及时获得春旱发生、发展、缓解和解除的信息，可以更有效地为政府决策和相关部门提供服务。

Study and Application on Real Time Monitoring Target to Arid Spring in Taiyuan

By using the datum of precipitation and air temperation of Taiyuan area since 1961 to 2003,on the basis to suit monitoring arid spring target studies systematically happened frequency,distribution condition,beginning term,ending term,continuing time and so on to arid spring in Taiyuan areas.Studied result indicates that can gain in time arid spring information of happening,developing,mitigating and removing,can provide service even more effectively for strategy departments of government and related departments of national economy.
