摘    要:本文分析了质子交换膜燃料电池的膜加湿器系统,介绍了采用本课题组开发的NetCon控制器对加湿器系统进行数据采集和温度控制的系统集成方案。在此基础上辨识了加湿系统的温度模型,并采用变速积分PID控制算法控制加湿器的温度。仿真和实验结果表明,辨识得到的加湿系统温度模型能够准确地描述被控对象,本文采用的控制策略可以得到满意的控制效果。

Abstract:A humidification system was analyzed in this paper. A system scheme which implements data acquirement and temperature control by using Netcon system developed by our research team was proposed. A technique of temperature model identification of the humidification system of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) was presented in this paper. Furthermore, a PID control strategy was realized by means of the NetCon system. Simulation and experiments show that the proposed method can achieve satis- factory performance.
