阿尔茨海默病患者血液及脑脊液中血糖和真胰岛素的测定比较

目的 检测阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer＇s disease,AD）患者血液及脑脊液中血糖、真胰岛素水平,探讨AD患者体内胰岛素代谢异常.方法 随机选取70例正常人为对照Ⅰ组,55例AD患者,检验其空腹血糖、真胰岛素水平; 35例为对照Ⅱ组,48例AD患者,检验其脑脊液中葡萄糖,真胰岛素水平;将AD按轻、中重度分组后与对照组进行比较.结果 AD患者各组空腹血糖及脑脊液中葡萄糖与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉 0.05）;轻度AD组血液及脑脊液真胰岛素与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉 0.05）;中重度AD组血液中真胰岛素较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈 0.05）,脑脊液中真胰岛素较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈 0.05）.结论 AD患者体内及脑内胰岛素代谢异常,与疾病的严重程度相关.

The study on plasma and CSF levels of glucose and true insulin in patients with Alzheimer's disease

Objective To detect the plasma and CSF levels of glucose and true insulin in patients with Alzheimer＇ s disease（AD） and to investigate whether insulin is related to the severity of dementia or not. Methods The levels of fasting plasma glucose and true insulin in 70 healthy subjects （ control group） and 55 patients with AD （AD group） were measured and analyzed; the CSF levels of glucose and true insulin in 35 healthy subjects and 48 patients with AD were detected and analyzed. Results There was no significant differences in plasma and CSF levels of glucose between AD groups and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant differences in plasma and CSF levels of true insulin between mild AD group and control group （ P 〉 0. 05）. The plasma levels of true insulin in moderate/severe AD group were significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , however, the levels of true insulin in moderate/severe AD group were significantly lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The insulin is abnormal in AD, which is related to severity of dementia.
