| 摘 要： | 混合二援酸是尼龙工业的副产物,经预处理后,可在固体超强酸SO42-/MoO3-TiO2催化以及搅拌下与丁醇酯化,然后减压蒸馏制得合格的混合二羧酸二丁酯增塑剂。其最佳工艺条件为:w(催化剂)=1.3%,n(丁醇):n(混合二羧酸)=2.5:1.0,反应温度150℃,反应时间9h;蒸馏压力≤5.0kPa,混合二羧酸转化率可达99%。

| Abstract: | The mixed dicarboxylic acids are the by-product from nylon industry. After pretreatments, the mixed dicarboxylic acids were directly esterified with butanol catalyzed by solid super acids and then distilled of the ester under reduced pressure. The optimal technological conditions were as follows: for esterification, the amount of catalyst is 1. 3% of total mass of reactants, n(C4H9OH):n (HOOC(CH2)nCOOH)=2. 5:1. 0, and the reaction is carried out at 150℃for 9h with agitation, the esters are distilled off under pressure ≥5. 0 kPa. The conversion of mixed carboxylic acids is up to 99%. |
