摘    要:本文介绍了一台高速铝箔合卷机电气自动控制系统的结构.卷卷机采用线速度控制系 统,开卷机采用张力控制系统.根据铝箔小张力的特点,主拖动采用可控硅供电控制环流的可 逆直流拖动.线速度采用调压和非独立调磁系统.张力采用间接控制系统.系统采用串并联 校正改善动态指标等.

Abstract:This paper introduces the structure of an electric control system of a high-speed machine of aluminum foil-doubler. The entry reel adopts linear velocity control system, while two pay-off reel adopt tension control system. According to the characteristics of small tension of the aluminum foil, main driving adopts the reversible D. C. motor of SCR supply with circulating current control. The linear velocity control system adopts non-independent variable field system. The tension system adopts indirect control system. During the system design some special control elements are used, and the system adopts serial-parallel correcting devices for improving dynamic indices.
