| 摘 要： | 提高大学人才培养质量,是当前高等教育发展的大趋势。文章论述了本科教育阶段科研素质培养的重要性,总结了医学院校本科教育阶段科研素质培养的现状及特点,提出了加强医学本科生科研素质培养的途径与对策,旨在为医学院校的教学改革提供参考。
