高精度TDR可调探头的研制及应用

摘    要:概述印制板阻抗设计的重要意义,在此基础上阐述研制测试印制板阻抗的高精度TDR可调探头的目的和制作原理;并将此款可调探头与固定探头做测试对比、通过做MSA测试验证及与国外同类型的可调探头做测试对比,表明可调探头可满足印制板内真实阻抗线路的测量要求。

Abstract:This article summarizes the importance of the PCB impedance design. Based on this, it elaborates high-precision adjustable TDR probe which tests PCB impedance goal and production principles. Adjustable probe and ifxed probe are done in the test with contrasts by MSA test veriifcation and test comparison for the same type of adjustable probe from abroad with analytical performance. It indicates the adjustable probe to meet the measurement requirements of the PCB real impedance line.
