杭白菊中总黄酮的浸提工艺优化及浸提动力学研究

摘    要:目的:探索杭白菊中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,并探讨其浸提过程的动力学模型。方法:采用单因素实验,确定杭白菊总黄酮的优化浸提工艺条件。在此基础上,采用适当的动力学模型对提取过程实验数据进行拟合,确定其浸提过程的动力学数学模型。结果:优化浸提工艺条件为:用40倍量70%乙醇80℃提取2.25h;优化条件下的动力学数学模型为:ln(Vs-V)=-1.8789t+0.8342(r=0.9957)。结论:所得浸提条件可用于指导杭白菊总黄酮的浸提过程的工程放大和生产过程的优化控制。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the best extracting process of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat and its kinetics.Methods:The single-factor analysis was employed to optimize the degree of grinding,ratio of water to raw material,extraction time and extraction temperature to obtain a high total flavonoids yield.Results:The optimum conditions were a ratio of 70% ethanol to raw material of 40 mL/g and extraction time 2.25 h at 80°C.Extraction process was followed as the model ln(Vs-V)=-1.8789t+0.8342(r=0.9957).Conclusion:The method would be useful for the process design and the choice of operation condition to extract flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.
