| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外伤性乳糜腹的合理治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我院26年来收治的4例外伤性乳糜腹病例资料。结果：4例患者经住院保守治疗均治愈。结论：以禁食、全胃肠外营养、腹腔引流等综合治疗为主的治疗方法是外伤性乳糜腹的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the proper method for treating traumatic chyloperitoneum. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 4 cases of traumatic chyloperi- toneum admitted to our hospital in recent 26 years. Results: All 4 cases were cured after conserva- tive treatment. Conclusion: Perdominantly integrated therapy including absolute diet,total parrenter- al nutrition(TPN) and abdominal cavity drainage can be the effective method for the treatment of trau- matic chyloperitoneum. |
