湘西普通高校体育专业大学生心理健康状况分析

目的了解我国特殊地区体育专业大学生的心理健康状况。方法运用SCL-90量表对湘西普通高校体育专业1226名大学生进行问卷调查。结果体育专业大学生各因子分均显著低于全国常模(P<0.05);心理问题检出率为13.62%;女大学生的人际关系敏感和抑郁因子分显著高于男大学生(P<0.05),而男大学生的敌对和精神病性因子分显著高于女大学生(P<0.05);不同年级各因子的阳性检出率存在较大的差异。结论湘西普通高校体育专业大学生的心理健康总体水平高于全国常模,但有心理问题者也占有一定的比率,且有性别差异、年级差异,应有层次、有区别地开展心理健康教育工作。

Analysis on mental health of students majored in physical education in common universities in western Hunan province

Objective To explore mental health of students majored in physical education (PE) in common universities in special area. Methods 1226 students whose majors are PE were investigated by SCL-90 in common universities in western Hunan. Results All factor scores of PE students were significantly lower than those of national norm(P<0.05). The incidence rate of mental symptom was 13.62%. The interpersonal sensitivity and depression factor scores of female were significantly higher than those of male(P<0.05), while the hostility and psychoticism factor scores of male were significantly higher than those of female(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the factor scores of diverse grades. Conclusion The mental health level of students majored in PE is significantly higher than national norm, although some students have mental symptoms. We should hold mental health education among various kinds of students pertinently.
