摘    要:为了建立蔓长春花的组培快繁体系,以蔓长春花的茎段为外植体,在添加不同植物激素的培养基中进行蔓长春花茎段的诱导和植株再生培养研究.结果表明:丛生芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.1~0.5mg/L NAA,试管苗的最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.8~1.2mg/L IBA+2%蔗糖.

Abstract:To establish the rapid propagation system of V.major,the induction and plant regeneration of V.major stems were studied on culture media with different plant hormones taking the stem of V.major as the explant.The results showed that the optimum culture medium for cluster buds propagation was MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1~0.5 mg/L NAA,and the best culture medium for rooting of test-tube plantlets was 1/2 MS+0.8~1.2 mg/L IBA+2% sucrose.
