黄芪丹参复方成分对一氧化氮合成阻滞孕鼠胎盘滋养细胞单核细胞趋化蛋白mRNA表达的影响

摘    要:目的研究黄芪丹参复方成分提高胎盘血供的分子机制,为临床有效防治胎盘血供不足所致妊娠并发症提供思路。方法提取分离黄芪丹参复方有效成分,运用一氧化氮合酶(NO S)阻滞剂L-精氨酸甲酯(L-NAM E)制备一氧化氮合成阻滞大鼠模型,核酸原位杂交法检测胎盘局部滋养细胞单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(M CP-1)mRNA表达的变化。结果一氧化氮合成阻滞模型组滋养细胞M CP-1 mRNA表达染色明显增强,空白组、黄芪丹参复方成分治疗组及硝酸甘油对照组均能减弱M CP-1 mRNA的表达,与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论黄芪丹参复方成分降低母胎界面妊娠免疫反应,阻抑胎盘免疫病理损伤,可能与抑制M CP-1 mRNA表达及母胎界面炎性细胞游走、浸润有关,是其能够提高胎盘血液供应的机制之一。
