| 摘 要： | 针对目前矿山斜巷挡车装置存在的问题,研制了PLC智能型自动控制和手动控制两用挡车装置并进行安装应用。彻底解决了以往人员手动控制造成的误阻车,挡车器拉不到位等所引起的事故,简化了运输系统环节,为矿山斜巷运输创造了安全的环境,也为矿山斜巷运输自动化闯出了一条新路。

| Abstract: | In view of existing situation of the manual control wagon retarder in inclined mining tunnel.we develop a wagon retarder with PLC auto-control system and manual system,and it has been applied.Thoroughly avoids the rail haulage systems in inclined mining tunnel accident causing by manual faulty operation.?Not only simplified rail haulage link and Creating the security environment of railhaulage,but also look for the new ways for the automation retrofit of the rail haulage systems in underground coal mines. |
