护理学基础开放式实验教学模式的研究与实践

摘    要:目的护理学基础实验教学中应用开放式实验教学模式并评价教学效果。方法选取本科2006级护生156人为对照组,本科2007级护生164人为实验组。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用开放式实验教学模式,开设综合性、设计性实验,在学期末对学生进行考核评价。结果实验组学生技能操作考核成绩明显优于对照组,两组学生在掌握知识的牢固程度、技术操作水平、学习兴趣、研究意识、创新精神、科研能力、信息加工、团队合作、教学效果方面差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论开放式实验教学模式能够显著提高学生的学习效果,有助于提高学生的综合能力,培养学生的研究意识、科研能力和团队合作精神。

Study and practice on the open experimental teaching mode of nursing foundation

Abstract:Objective To apply and evaluate the effect of open experimental teaching mode for the teaching of nursing foundation. Method 156 undergraduate nursing students of the Grade 2006 were chosen as control group, 164 undergraduate nursing students of the Grade 2007 as experimental group. Control group was given traditional teaching method. Experimental group was given the open experimental teaching mode, and offered the comprehen- sive and designed experiments. The students were checked and evaluated at the end of the term. Result The skills assessment results of the experimental group are higher than that of the control group. There are significant differ ence in strong degree of mastery of knowledge, technical operations, learning interest, researching awareness, inno vation, researching capacity, information processing, team work and teaching effect(P〈0.05). Conclusion The open experimental teaching mode can obviously improve the students' learning effect and comprehensive capacity, train their researching awareness, researching capacity and team work.
