血管瘤内注射平阳霉素治疗小儿血管瘤的系统评价

目的 客观公正地评价血管瘤内注射平阳霉素治疗小儿血管瘤的临床疗效和安全性.方法 利用计算机检索中文文献,将纳入文献报道的患儿性别,血管瘤类型、分布、大小和疗效等进行合并,计算平阳霉素的疗效.结果 将纳入的19篇文献结果 合并,平阳霉素疗效:治愈率64.3%(1471例);基本治愈率24.1%(551例);有效率10.1%(231例);无效率1.5%(34例).平阳霉素的疗效优于确炎舒松A及沙培林.结论 目前资料显示,平阳霉素行瘤内注射治疗小儿血管瘤,具有操作简单、安全、疗效确切、不良反应小等优点,值得临床推广应用.

A systematic review of the Pingyangmycin for child hemangiomas by injection intratumorally

Objective To assess the clinic effect and safety of intratumorally injection of Pingyangmycin for child hemangiomas. Methods A systematic review of all relevant clinical trials in Chinese literature was performed by mechanical retrieval. The reported sex, follow-up time, type, location, size of the tumor and the treatment results were identified and analyzed with eonflation algorithm. Results Nineteen relative articles were involved in the study and the cure rate of Pingyangmycin was 64. 3% ( 1471 cases), the basic cure rate was 24. 1% (551) ,the effective rate was 10. 1% (231), and the ineffective rate was 1.5% (34). It was better than that of Triamcinolone A and Sapylin. Conclusion Injection intratumorally of Pingyangmycin is an easy, safe, effective method for treating child hemangi-oma with less side effects from the present data. It is worth for clinic generalization.
