优质护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压产妇中的应用效果分

目的：临床干预妊娠期间并发糖尿病及高血压产妇时,优质护理模式的护理效果讨论。方法：从我院接收的合并妊娠期糖尿病及妊娠期高血压产妇中抽选60例实施研究讨论,抽选时间范围即2019年3月-2022年5月,实施分组对比讨论,分组对策选择随机数字表,组别为讨论组30例和对比组30例,优质护理模式干预讨论组,常规模式护理干预对比组,比较组间血压及血糖水平改善情况、负性心理缓解情况、护理满意度及不良妊娠事件发生情况。结果：分析发现,和对比组护理结果相比较,讨论组产妇的收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平值较低,焦虑、抑郁等负性心理情绪评分不高,产妇对护理模式的满意度较优,发生不良妊娠事件的情况较少,比较分析结果为P＜0.05,即组间有统计学差异。结论：与常规护理模式相比较,优质护理模式的护理效果更突出,用于合并妊娠期糖尿病及妊娠期高血压产妇中时,其血糖上升、血压上升症状得到有效控制,负性心理情绪明显缓解,发生不良妊娠事件的可能性很低,是产妇满意度较高的护理方案,可以在妇产科中广泛运用。

Analysis of application effect of high-quality nursing model in gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with gestational hypertension

Objective: To discuss the nursing effect of high-quality nursing mode during clinical intervention for women with diabetes and hypertension during pregnancy. Methods: 60 cases of puerperae with gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus received in our hospital were selected for study and discussion. The selection time range was March 2019 -- May 2022, and the grouping comparison and discussion were carried out. The grouping strategy was selected by random number table, and the groups were 30 cases in the discussion group and 30 cases in the comparison group, the high-quality nursing model intervention discussion group, and the conventional nursing intervention comparison group were compared between the groups. Results: The analysis showed that compared with the nursing results of the control group, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, and 2h postprandial blood glucose levels of the puerperae in the discussion group were lower, and the negative psychological and emotional scores such as anxiety and depression were not high. The satisfaction of the model is better, and the occurrence of adverse pregnancy events is less. The result of the comparative analysis is P<0.05, that is, there is a statistical difference between the groups. Conclusion: Compared with the conventional nursing mode, the nursing effect of the high-quality nursing mode is more prominent. When used in puerperae with gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension, the symptoms of elevated blood sugar and blood pressure are effectively controlled, and the negative psychological emotions are significantly relieved. , with a low probability of adverse pregnancy events, is a nursing program with high maternal satisfaction and can be widely used in obstetrics and gynecology.
