| 摘 要： | 工程质量事故原因的分析与判断是一项综合性很强的工作，需从设计，材料到施工各个方面，各个环节全方位逐一审查，全面分析，以一实际工程事故为例，展现了从事故调查，事故分析到最终处理的全过程，以供广大工程技术人员，质量管理人员进行事故处理参考，并在各自工作中引以为戒，避免质量事故的重复发生。

| Abstract: | The analysis and judgements of the reason for a project accident is a comprehensive work, and it need analyze and investigate comprehensively from design, material, construction and other aspects. The paper takes the actual project accident as example to show the whole process from accident survey, accident analysis and ultimate treatment. The paper also gives references to engineer and supervisor when they deal with the accident in order to avoid the occurrence of the same accident. |
