| 摘 要： | 国土资源信息系统是我国国土资源管理实现现代化、信息化与网络化的基础。结合当前国土资源实际工作的情况，阐述了建设一个市级国土资源管理信息系统的原则和基本功能设计，并提出了详细的子系统的划分与模块功能的设计方案。
