摘    要:利用COMSOL有限元软件对过盈装配的齿轮和转轴进行应力应变分析,得出了在不同频率下齿轮与转轴的压力关系,并研究了轴孔接触面的接触规律,该分析可以对具有高速齿轮的部件设计提供参考。

Abstract:After the stress and strain analysis of the thermal-assembled gear shaft being carried out with finite element software COMSOL, the relationship between the gear pressure and the shaft pressure in various frequencies is obtained, and the laws of contact between the shaft and the hole are studied. The study offers references for the design of components of the high speed gear.
