无填料喷雾冷却塔的水滴当量直径研究

摘    要:无填料冷却塔在高温、高浊度、易结垢循环水系统中均优于传统的填料冷却塔,已经在工业中得到了广泛应用。针对无填料冷却塔在当量直径测试时遇到的问题,建立了无填料冷却塔的一维传热与传质模型,并获得其基本热力性能计算方程式,给出了计算液滴当量直径的基本方法,为无填料冷却塔的实际应用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Shower cooling tower has been widely applied in industry, which is better in terms of reducing the temperature of water with high temperature, high turbidity than traditional packed cooling tower. However, test of equivalent diameter of the water droplets is hard to implement. Based on enthalpy difference formula, this paper established one-dimensional heat and mass transfer model in shower cooling tower, and deduced the basic thermodynamic numerical formula for shower cooling tower; then a method of computing equivalent diameter of water droplets are proposed, which provides theoretical foundation for practical application of shower cooling tower.
