蛇鳞草抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

目的：观察蛇鳞草的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法：采用小鼠毛细血管通透性法和二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察蛇鳞草的抗炎作用,采用热板法和醋酸扭体法观察蛇鳞草的镇痛作用。结果：与生理盐水组比较,高剂量蛇鳞草组小鼠毛细血管通透性显著降低,低、中、高剂量蛇鳞草组小鼠耳廓肿胀度显著降低,给药后180min中、高剂量蛇鳞草组小鼠痛阈值显著降低,低、中、高剂量蛇鳞草组小鼠扭体次数均显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论：蛇鳞草具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。

Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Herba Pronephrii triphylli

Objective： To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions of herba pronephrii triphylli. Methods ：Anti-inflammatory effect of herba pronephrii triphylli was investigated through xylene-induced auricle tumefaction and capillary vessel permeability in mice. Analgesic effect of herba pronephrii triphylli was investigated through hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice. Results： Compared with sodium chloride group, capillary vessel permeability of high-dose group mice was markedly reduced,the degree of auricle tumefaction of mice in high dose and middle dose groups was significantly reduced,pain threshold of high dose and middle dose groups mice was increased 180 rain after administration, writhing frequency of herba pronephrii triphylli treatment groups mice was markedly reduced （P〈0.05）. Conelusion：Herba pronephrii triphylli has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
