两种钢板内固定治疗长骨干骨折的疗效对比

目的 比较动力加压钢板、有限接触锁定加压钢治疗四肢长骨折的临床疗效,为临床内固定治疗选择方面提供临床依据.方法 笔者采用以上2种钢板内固定治疗四肢长骨干骨折共397例,比较2种内固定的术中、术后指标,如手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间,以及骨折不愈合发生率,并进行统计学处理.结果 有限接触锁定加压钢板组在手术时间、骨折愈合时间、骨折不愈合发生率和综合评分疗效明显优于动力加压钢板组,并异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).住院时间、术中出血量无显差异(P＞0.05).结论 有限接触锁定加压钢板在四肢长骨干骨折治疗中疗效优于动力加压钢板.

A comparative Analysis of Treatment of Long Bone Fracture with Dynamic Compression Plate and Limited Contact-locking Compression Plate Fixation

Objective To compare the effects of the dynamic compression plate(DCP)and limited contact-locking compression plate(LCP)fixation for treatment of long bone fracture.Methods From 2002 to 2006,397 patients with long bone fracture were treated surgically with DCP or LCP.Factors including hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding,surgery time,time of fracture union,and non-union rate were studied statistically for analysis.Results The outcomes of internal fixation with LCP was better than that of DCP.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LCP internal fixation for long bone fractures is better than DCP.
