摘    要:某型导弹发射装置用压气阀在进行气密性检验时发生断裂.本文对失效压气阀的外观与化学成分进行了检查,采用扫描电镜对失效件原始断口与人工打开断口的宏微观形貌进行了观察,并对失效件与同批次完好件的金相组织、硬度及氢含量进行了测定与对比分析.结果表明,该压气阀失效机制为氢脆断裂,硬度和氢含量的偏高是造成失效的主要原因.零件在表面处理工序后除氢不彻底造成了零件氢含量偏高.

Abstract:The pressure valve in a missile electropuh fractured in airproof test. The appearance and chemical composition of failure valve were inspected, the original and man -made fracture surface of failure valve were observed by SEM. Metallurgical structure, hardness and hydrogen content of the failure valve and the normal valve of the same batch with the failure valve were tested. The resuhs show that the fracture mechanics of valve is hydrogen embritflement caused by excessive hardness and hydrogen content. The hydrogen in the valve comes from unreasonable working procedure of getting rid of hydrogen after surface dispose.
