| 摘 要： | 文章在阐明了催化作用下Silicone涂料的固化本质后,提出了失重法和烷氧基含量测定法两种计算交联剂用量的方法,为准确、定量地确定交联剂用量提供了理论依据。同时,文章运用光电子能谱仪等现代测试技术研究了涂膜的结构,并从理论上加以证实。最后还剖析了涂层的层状结构及其与涂层性能的关系。

| Abstract: | The methods of both weightlessness and alkoxyl group content to calculate theamount of cross linking agent are put for ward after the curing essence of silicone paint underthe action of catalyst is stated, which provides the theoretical basis the fix the amount of crosslinking agent accurately and quantitatively. At the same time, the coating structure is studiedand testified by the use of photoelectron spectroscopy and some other modern technology, Atlast the layer structure and the relationship between it and the propertise of the coating is anal-ysed. |
