| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺配合穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将60例顽固性呃逆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合穴位注射治疗,对照组采用单纯穴位注射治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合穴位注射是一种治疗顽固性呃逆的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus acupoint injection in treating intractable hiccup. Method Sixty patients with intractable hiccup were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group received acupuncture plus acupoint injection, while the control group only received acupiont injection. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group, versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus acupoint injection is an effective way in treating intractable hiccup. |
