| 摘 要： | 本文分析了６４例畸胎瘤的声像图特点，并与术后病理对照。结果显示：畸胎瘤在Ｂ超下可呈现多种特异性图象。超声诊断与病理检查总符合率为９２．２２％，Ｂ超误诊５例，占７．７８％，作者就Ｂ超对卵巢畸胎瘤的诊断价值进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | he paper analyses the features in sonograph of 64 cases with teratoma. The result show that teratomae possess several specific pictures. 92.22 percent of the cases by B mode ultrasound can keep in with those by pathological examination only 5 cases are misdiagnosed accounting for 7.78 percent. Authors also discuss overian cyst on sonograph by B mode ul-trasound. |
