超声心动图诊断肺动脉狭窄分型的图谱分析及超声表现

摘    要:目的 本文通过我院2005年5月至2008年3月共诊断19例肺动脉狭窄的图谱分析,探讨肺动脉狭窄分型的超声表现及临床价值。方法 使用ATL3500与ATL5000超声诊断仪,探头频率是2~4MHz,经胸对心脏进行各切面扫查。结果 19例肺动脉狭窄中,主干型:7例;中间型:12例,其中右肺动脉狭窄5例,左肺动脉狭窄4例,左,右肺动脉均狭窄2例,主干合并中间型1例。按是否合并其它心脏疾病者分:单纯型:5例;合并型14例。结论 超声心动图对肺动脉狭窄分型具有较高的诊断价值,是肺动脉狭窄分型的有效诊断方法。可作为首选诊断方法。

Abstract:Objective This article altogether diagnoses 18 example pulmonary artery narrow atlas analysis through my hospital May in 2005 year-March in 2008 year, discusses the pulmonary artery divides narrowly ultrasound performance and clinical value.Metheds Uses ALT3500 and the ATL5000 ultrasound diagnostic equipment, pokes head in the frequency is 2-4MHz, carries on various sections after the chest to the heart to sweep looks up.Results 18 example pulmonary arteries narrow, branch: 7 examples; Middle 11 examples; And right pulmonary artery narrow 5 examples, left pulmonary artery narrow 4 examples, left and right pulmonary artery narrow 1 example, branch merge middle 1 example. According to whether to merge other heart disease minute: Pure:4 examples: Merge 14 examples. Conclusion The echocardiogram has the high diagnosis value to the pulmonary artery narrow minute, is the pulmonary artery narrow minute efficacious device. May as the first choice diagnosis method.
