| 摘 要： | 针对医疗纠纷举证责任倒置实施以来临床科研面临的一系列新问题，从医患关系极度紧张、院方举证难度增大、法制意识亟待提高等方面，客观分析了临床科研面临的严峻考验；提出了全力构建理性医患关系、理智应对举证责任倒置、高度重视诉讼证据留存的举证策略思考，重点探讨了建立严格的请示和批复制度、真正体现知情同意基本原则的重要性和具体作法。

| Abstract: | In accordance with series of emerging problems in clinical scientific research after inverting proof onus in medical disputes, the author analyzed baptism on clinical scientific research from aspects as extremely strain relation between doctors and patients, increasing difficulty in proof onus for hospital, lawful awareness needing improvement. The author put forward viewpoints as constructing rational relation between patients and doctors, replying to inverting onus proof rationally, paying attention to proof keeping, discussed the importance of constructing strict ask and reply system. |
