摘    要:以安徽淮北阜阳渠井结合灌区为例,应用系统分析方法,建立了该区地面水与地下水优化调控模型,以最佳种植模式和最优工程运行策略,达到科学地加强该区的灌溉农业,合理地开发利用水资源,防止不当开采而造成的水资源浪费以及生态环境的恶化,优化调控地表水和地下水资源的目的

Abstract:In this paper,system analysis method is applied,a model of optimal conjunctive operation of surface water and groundwater resources for Fuyang, Huaibei district is established.The optimal planting plan and the operation policy were worked out with the aim of intensifying irrigation agriculture,preventing water resources from unproper exploitation, and wasting resources as well as worsening ecologic environment in the district.
