摘    要:我们通过测定P388/ADR及L1210/DDP抗药株GST活性表明:P388/ADR耐药株GST活性分别为敏感株的1.36(耐药8.7倍)和1.73倍(耐药44.4倍),顺铂耐药株GST活性为敏感株的1.26倍,VP使耐药株GST活性增加1.19倍。表明阿霉素耐药与GST活性增强有关。

Abstract:The level of glutathione transferase activity was determined in the whole cell extracts. It showed a 1. 36 and 1. 73-fold increase in GST enzymic activity in Adr-resistant P388 ascites cells (8. 7 and 44. 4-fold) (P<0. 01). whereas the L1210/DDP (cis-platinum resistant lines) increased 1. 26-fold in enzyme activity in resistant cells. It also showed a 1. 19-fold increase in GST activity in P388/ADR reversed by verapamil.
