基于专利成果视角的我国高校科研产出特征分析

基于专利产出的视角,对我国大陆地区2005-2009年间不同类型高校的专利申请、授权以及专利转化等方面的数据进行了分析.结果显示,分析期内,我国高校专利申请量增长迅速,年平均增长率达28.2%;重点高校专利授权量是普通高校授权量的2倍;科研项目数量/专利申请量/专利授权量/专利售出量≈225/33/15/1.结果表明,我国高校专利申请质量还不够高,专利转化途径还不通畅,教育部直属高校在科研创新活动中充当着主力军作用.针对我国高校科研活动中存在的问题,提出了相应的政策建议.

Perspective Analysis of University Research Output Based on Features of the Patent
