摘    要:风机是锅炉设备中最关键的辅机,风机如果不能安全稳定地运行,将导致机组发生非计划停运或减负荷运行。因此,迅速判断并解决风机的故障,是锅炉连续安全运行的保障[1]。在风机运行中,振动是引起风机故障的主要原因之一,风机的许多问题都是因振动引起,如裂纹、轴承损坏、螺栓松动等。当然,过大的振动本身也属风机故障。而造成振动偏大的基本原因主要有:叶轮不均匀磨损和积灰、联轴器损坏或中心不对中、轴承损坏或有缺陷、联结螺栓松动、支撑部件刚度不足等。本文以某电厂静叶可调轴流风机发生的振动为例,详细叙述了对可能引起振动原因的检测及相应的解决措施。

Abstract:As the most important auxiliary in boiler equipment, if fan cannot operate safely and stably, it will result in the occurrence of unplanned outages or reduced load operation of unit. So, determining and solving the fan fault quickly is the guarantee of continuously and safely operation of boiler. Many problems of fan are caused by vibration, such as crack, bearing damage, bolt looseness, etc., so vibration is one of the main causes which could cause faults of fan. While big vibration itself is fan fault. The main reason that cause the vibration are as follows: the unevenly abrasion or soot formation of the impeller, the damage or center wrong of the coupling, the damaged or defective of the bearings, the bolt looseness, the stiffness shortage of the support unit, etc. Taking the vibration of a stator blade adjustable axial fan which happened in a power plant as an example, this paper describes the detecting of the reasons which may cause vibration and corresponding solving measures in detail.
