| 摘 要： | 论述了农业高校开展横向科技合作的作用和意义，分析了河北农业大学近年来开展横向科技合作的现状及主要问题，建议建立考核机制，激励与约束并举，放活经费，充分调动科技人员的积极性。

| Abstract: | Crosswise sci - tech cooperation is an important part of scientific and technological work in universities. The significance of crosswise sci - tech cooperation of agricultural university was discussed in this paper. The situation and primal problems crosswise sci - tech cooperation of Agricultural University of Hebei were analysed. Some correlative suggestions were discussed. These suggestions include erecting test system, flexible fund and prompting policy. |
