基于古今文献探讨血府逐瘀汤在临床中的应用

目的:在古文献及现代临床和实验研究中探寻血府逐瘀汤及其制剂主治病证范围的发展情况,以进一步拓展其适应证范围。方法:分别检索血府逐瘀汤及相关制剂在古文献和现代血管疾病中的临床应用以及在下肢深静脉血栓中的实验研究,从古文献理论、现代临床研究和基础研究中探讨血府逐瘀汤及其相关制剂单独应用的适应证范围。结果:血府逐瘀汤及其相关制剂用于治疗头痛、胸疼、吐血等症状,也广泛应用于治疗心脑血管疾病和下肢血管疾病。结论:血府逐瘀汤及其相关制剂从治"胸中血府血瘀"拓展到了各类心脑血管疾病和下肢血管疾病,但是在下肢深静脉血栓的应用需要更多的基础研究做支持。

Research on Clinical Application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Based on Ancient and Modern Literature

Objective:To study Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and its related drug agents in ancient literature and modern clinical and experimental study,to further expand the scope of its indications. Methods:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction were searched in ancient literature and modern literature on lower limb vascular diseases and experimental study of deep venous thrombosis. Results:Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is used to treat symptoms such as headache,chest pain,vomiting blood,and also is widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease and lower limb vascular disease. Conclusion:The scope of indications of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is developed from treating "the blood stasis in the house and chest" to kinds of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as well as lower limb vascular diseases.
