| 摘 要： | 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,b-FGF)是一种肝素黏合多肽,具有促进细胞增殖、分化和黏附作用等多种细胞生物学活性.近年来研究表明b-FGF与支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)气道重塑的关系密切.目前,哮喘的发病机制仍不是很清楚,治疗方法也在探索中,b-FGF的研究有可能为研究哮喘发病机制及治疗提供新的亮点.

| Abstract: | Basic fibroblast growth faeior(b-FGF) is a heparin adhesion polypepeide, can promote cell multiplication,differentiation and adhesion. It has been discovered that b-FGF has relationship with bronchial asthma. The pathogenesis and therapeutic method of bronchial asthma are not dear, and the research of b-FGF may give a new view. |
