| Abstract: | Promoting the development of key clinical subjects was an important measure for the improvement of hospital core competence. The paper made a systematic discussions on the strengthened construction of key clinical subjects in terms of idea, tactic, measure and process management with a microscopic point of view. Some strategies like emphasizing on Four Senses, long -term plan, supporting policies and all -round consideration were put forward. |
