摘    要:在研制新一代高压单缸喷油泵的过程中,为了了解并掌握出油阀的运动规律,利用霍尔传感器对ADN型高压单缸喷油泵的出油阀升程进行TN量,通过改变喷油量、喷油泵转速及燃油系统结构参数等,分析了它们对出油阀运动产生的影响,并找出了对出油阀运动较大影响的参数。

Abstract:During the development of a new generation of high pressure single plunger unit pump, to understand the movement of the delivery valve, the lift of delivery valve in ADN single plunger unit pump was measured by a Hall sensor. The impact of delivery valve movement, which was caused by the change of fuel injection quantity, pump speed and structure of fuel system, is analyzed, and the parameters, which have a greater impact to the movement of the valve lift, are found.
