甲醇对点燃式发动机燃烧和性能的影响

摘    要:在一台配有双燃料化油器的单缸点燃式发动机上进行了不同甲醇、汽油混合比的燃烧特性研究。实验表明,当燃料中的甲醇比例增加后,尤其是在稀混合气条件下,发动机的着火延迟期缩短,循环变动率明显减少,发动机的性能提高。当甲醇比例超过50%后,燃烧特性与纯甲醇相近。

Abstract:The paper investigates effect of methanol and gasoline ratio of fuel mixture on engine combustion and performance.The experiments are done using a single cylinder S.I engine with a dual fuel carburettor.Results indicate that with the increasing of methanol volume percentage in mixed fuel,particularly when the mixture is lean and the ignition delay is decreased,and the cycle to cycle cylinder pressure variation is decreased significantly,and the engine performance is improved.When the methanol volume percentage is over 50%,the combustion characteristic is similar to pure methanol operation.
