摘    要:PTC(正温度系数)热敏电阻器存在电压效应,此电压效应对PTC热敏电阻器的工作特性有明显的影响,本文讨论了用“脉冲放电法”测量PTC热敏电阻的电压效应的工作原理。用自行设计的电路测量了PTC热敏电阻器的电压效应。实验证明陶瓷PTCR(正温度系数热敏电阻器)的确存在电阻的电压效应。随着外加电压的升高,PTCR的电阻值明显下降。

Abstract:The voltage effect on ceramic PTC thermistors is obvious. The principle of pulse discharging method for testing the voltage effect on the BaTiO3-base ceramic PTC thermistors is discussed. The voltage effect on ceramic PTC thermistors was measured by a self-developed circuit. The result has confirmed the existence of the voltage effect. The resistance of ceramic PTC thermistors decreases with the increase of the voltage applied.
