摘    要:介绍了一种复杂和封闭行星齿轮机构运动学分析的新方法——分析几何法。论文首先陈述了新方法的主要内容,并说明了使用新方法进行运动学分析的系统化步骤;随后通过两个复杂行星齿轮机构:新型指南车和6-杆封闭机构的分析,详细演示了分析几何方法的使用;最后对计算过程与结果的呈现,与常规分析方法进行了简单对比,并讨论了分析几何方法所具有的分析能力。结果表明:分析几何法相较传统的基于代数的方法,全部运动学可一次求解,具有直观,简便的特点。分析过程使用Mathematica计算软件包编制程序自动完成。

Abstract:A new method for kinematics analysis of complex and closed planetary gear trains(PGTs),analytical geometry method,is presented.First,key points of the novel method are introduced,accompanied with its systematical procedure to analyze kinematics of PGTs.Then,two complex PGTs,a new pattern compass carriage and a 6-link closed mechanism,are analyzed to illustrate the usage of the analytical geometry method.Finally,the contrast of computation processes and results between the new method and old ones,as well as the analysis ability that the analytical geometry method possesses,is discussed.The results indicated that,compared to traditional methods that are based on algebra,the new method,which is capable of figuring out all the kinematics quantities in one diagram,is both simple and intuitive.All the analysis processes are automatically calculated by a program constructed by computing program Mathematica.
