氨法脱硫条件下热湿法烟气连续监测技术

摘    要:设计了紫外—热湿法烟气连续监测系统,提出了紫外光谱的一维离散小波分解算法。将算法和系统结合,减小由于氨法脱硫工艺造成的二氧化硫浓度测量误差。为验证该测量系统准确性,进行了标准气浓度测量实验。结果显示,该系统二氧化硫气体浓度测量的满量程误差小于±2%FS。将氨气、二氧化硫标准气进行伴热、加湿并混合,模拟氨法脱硫环境,进而验证该系统和算法的抗干扰能力。结果显示,该系统能够在氨气和水汽的干扰下,准确测出二氧化硫气体浓度。同时,研究提出的光谱算法能够测量出脱硫逸出的氨气浓度,从而指导电厂进行科学脱硫减排。

Abstract:In order to solve the SO2 measurement problem in ammonia desulphurization,a continuous emission monitoring system based on UV thermal-moisture extraction and one dimension wavelet decomposition algorithm is presented in this paper.Simulation experiments are made to validate the algorithm and system.The full scale measurement errors in the SO2 measurement experiments are less than 2%FS,which confirms that the system can solve the interference of ammonia desulphurization well and measure the SO2 concentration...
