| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒适护理在支气管哮喘急性发作患者中的作用。方法将68名支气管哮喘急性发作患者随机分为两组各34例。对照组患者采用常规护理,对观察组患者在心理、生活环境、体位、吸氧、排痰、饮食、睡眠等方面的不适问题,采取针对性的护理措施。结果观察组在生理、心理精神、社会文化、环境维度上的舒适度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);护理工作满意度调查,观察组明显高于对照组。结论在支气管哮喘急性发作患者中应用舒适护理,可提高患者的舒适度及对护士工作的满意度。
