摘    要:通过改变球磨时间,得到不同粒度的B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2(简称B-Al-Si或BAS)玻璃粉料。在玻璃粉料中混入质量分数为40%的Al2O3陶瓷粉末,用流延法制备了低温共烧BAS/Al2O3玻璃/陶瓷复相材料。研究了烧结温度和玻璃的粒度对复相材料的烧结性能、介电性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明:在800~900℃,材料致密化后析出钙长石晶体;球磨1h的玻璃粉料与w(Al2O3)40%混合烧结的复相材料的性能最优,850℃保温30min后,于10MHz测试,其εr=7.77,tanδ=1×10-4;扫描电镜显示其微观结构致密,有少量闭气孔。

Abstract:The B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 glass powders with different size distribution were prepared through increasing the ball mill time.B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 glass/Al2O3 ceramic composites were acquired by tape-costing using the technique of low temperature co-fired with w(Al2O3) of 40%.The effect of particle sizes and sintering temperature of glass powders on sintering properties,dielectric properties and thermal stability was investigated.The results show that the composites have completed densification before producing the crystalline of anorthite in 800-900 ℃.The properties of the composites sintering the glass powder by quick ball mill for 1h and w(Al2O3) of 40% exhibit a promising performance of εr = 7.77,tanδ =1×10-4 at 10 MHz.SEM analysis shows that the microstructure of composites is densified with a little hermetic voids.
