参甲软肝方联合西药治疗肝纤维化对照观察

[目的]观察参甲软肝方联合西药治疗肝纤维化疗效。[方法]将60例住院及门诊患者分为两组,均给予常规护肝药,不使用抗病毒药、免疫调节剂和其它的抗肝纤维化治疗药物。对照组30例复方鳖甲软肝片(4片/次,3次/d)口服。治疗组30例参甲软肝方(人参15g,鳖甲30g,莪术15g,丹参20g,赤芍15g,桃仁10g,郁金、当归各15g,黄芪30g,白术、鸡内金各15g)浓缩煎200mL,装2袋(100mL/袋),1袋/次,2次/d,早晚口服。观测临床症状、体征量化积分、血清肝功能、血清肝纤维化指标。60d为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效17例,无效9例,总有效率89.02%。对照组显效23例,有效15例,无效18例,总有效率75.34%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。体征量化积分、血清肝功能、血清肝纤维化指标均有改善,治疗组优于对照组。[结论]参甲软肝方联合西药能缓解肝纤维化临床症状、改善肝脏功能、降低血清肝纤维化指标。

Shenjia Ruangan Fang combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Liver Fibrosis Control Observed

[Objective]To observe the Shenjia Ruangan Fang combined with Western medicine in the treatment of liver fibrosis.[Method]Will be divided into two groups of 60 inpatients and outpatients were given conventional liver protection drugs,without the use of antiviral,immunomodulatory agents and other anti-fibrotic therapy.Control group,30 cases of compound Biejiaruangan liver slices(4/3 times / day) orally.Treatment group of 30 cases RuanGan side(Renshen15g,Biejia 30g,Ezhu15g,Danshen20g,Chishao15g,Taoren10g,Yujin,Danggui each 15g,Huangqi30g,Baizhu,Jineijin each 15g) concentrated fried 200mL,2 bags(100mL / bag fitted) 1 bag / time,2 times / day,sooner or later oral.Observation of clinical symptoms and signs quantify integral,serum liver function,serum liver fibrosis markers.The 60 days course of treatment,continuous treatment course,to determine efficacy.[Results]30 cases markedly effective in 17 cases,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 89.02%.The control group,23 cases markedly effective in 15 cases,ineffective in 18 cases,total effective rate of 75.34%.The treatment group than the control group.Signs integral quantization,serum liver function,serum fibrosis markers were improved in the treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion]Shenjia Ruangan Fang combined with Western medicine can alleviate clinical symptoms of liver fibrosis and improve liver function,lower serum fibrosis markers.
