小型水电站变压器安全运行研究

小型水电站的故障往往迫使电站停运，影响电站的效益．浙江天台县里石门水库一级电站变压器在运行管理中，重点对变压器声音不正常、温度显著升高、油色异常、油位异常、变压器过负荷等情况进行了技术分析和处理，在变压器安装、运行、变压器油的维护、运行人员素质培养等方面提出了行之有效的措施，包括变压器油校验、严格安装规范和日常维护等，实践证明这些措施能确保小型水电站变压器安全稳定运行．

Safe Operation of Transformers in Small Hydropower stations

Based on the failure analysis and the management experiences of transformers in Lishimen Reservoir of Tiantai County,Zhejiang,the causes and treatments on abnormal operation of the transformer are introduced in this paper,such as the thundering noise and boosting temperature of the transformer,the abnormal color and unconventional stage of the oil,overload operation and etc.The effective technological measures are also discussed,including the installation and operation of the transformer,transformer oil maintenance,operators' on-job training,in-time daily maintenance and some other aspects,which may ensure the safe and stable operation of transformers in small-sized hydropower stations.
